Hope for steady improvement
As per the latest REINZ February 2025 property report, the data shows a 0.5% decrease in the Auckland median sale price, and a 1.8% decrease in the sales count compared to the same period last year. Compared to the previous month, the Median Price is up 6.4% and Sales Count is up 83.5%. REINZ reports that there is hope for a steady improvement in sales count and selling prices. There is also continued positive sentiment.
